Arielle
Arielle knew where she was headed, as she needed a master to serve. The Holding Pens were where she was going too. She had heard that it was the best place to find a new master. The ground was muddy, and she was sinking with every step she took. The effort that it took to pull her hooves out as she walked, kept multiplying until she could take it not more. She looked around, neighed in frustration, and then lied down. She began to squirm because of the suns rays beating down on her. There was no way for her to escape it.
Neighing in frustration again, she picked herself up and started walking to the nearest shelter. Lifting her head to the air she smelled water, oh nice sweet water. She galloped towards the site and began to do her dance. Her dance is her picking up her front to legs and rearing, then the same with her back legs over and over. Arie did this because of how excited she was. After doing her "dance", she galloped straight into the water. Sighing in relief as the mud slowly washed off and the suns rays weren't so noticeable now.
After Arielle finished her bath she calm stepped out feeling refreshed and ready to go. Her pelt shook and thousands of little water droplets went flying everywhere. Next she shook her mane, and relished in the coldness of her mane. Keeping her neck cold. Arie soon started laughing at her dramatics, and trotted away from the stream but not before she took a quick drink. She had spotted a group of trees not to far away. She had figured it wouldn't hurt to stay here for a few days, resting so that she could make the rest of the journey to the Holding Pens.
Or so she thought she was safe, her life was actually about to change....
