For Styrr, I think Svatur and him should have either a brotherly love type relationship or a complete hatred of each other. Hatred could be a lot more interesting but whatever you wish.

As for Bucc, maybe him and Cedar could not be friends for a while, have some tension but then something happens to where Bucc proves himself to Cedar (...like help Ace or Blaze somehow) and then they could be really good friends.
