She is in charge of making sure that all reports come to her husband as well as checking on the well fair of the herd. Sometimes, the Queen will take over the herd for a while if her husband is away or injured. She can also help to take care of some of the duties if she feels her husband is to tired or stressed.
Advisers:
These are the Horses that help out the King. Whenever he needs advise, they are the horses that he will generally go to. Though the King will take into account the opinion of the Advisers, he might not always follow their opinion. They are simply around to help the King in any way they can.

Peasants:
Peasants make up the working force of the Herd. They clear away unwanted brush and boulders so different areas can be used. They also are in charge with making structures that the King wants to have built. They are not Slaves, however, and treated like a normal member of the herd.
Servants:
Since The Order of Light does not believe in Slavery, they have servants to help around with the minor tasks. The servant are in charge of making sure that everything is in order and that their employers are happy. Like Peasants, the Servants are treated well and are respected despite their position.
Prisoners:
Prisoners are those who have tried to harm the herd, invade the herd, or have broken to Code of Knights. These are placed in holding pens until the King decides what to do about them. If the offense is minor they will sometimes be released or chased back into the desert and told never to return. Others, if the offense was great enough, stay there for the rest of their lives. Even though they are prisoners, the King makes sure that they are never abused.
